Oasi Italian foour is the result of an Italian supply chain project, carried out according to the principles of an ethical economy and sustainable farming that respects the well-being of all the actors involved.

Every phase, from the selection of the seed, to the cultivation, to the grinding is certified ISO 22005 and takes place in the total transparency and respect of the resources, in order to give life to good and valuable flours.
