Semolina obtained from a selection of durum wheat from organic farming. Thanks to the particularly tough gluten, to the presence of carotenoids that give the characteristic amber color and fine grain size, it is ideal for the preparation of bread and leavened products that keep a long shelf life. Recommended for thick crusted breads like Pugliese, products with sourdough, focaccia, dry biscuits, and fresh pasta.
