Although the most widespread and well-known Ancient Grain internationally is undoubtedly khorasan KAMUT® (which can be milled only in an authorized facility like ours), there are many other high quality native Italian varieties , like Senatore Cappelli Durum Wheat, Spelt, and Farro.

There are many varieties of these grains that Molino Rachello successfully uses today in the flour and mixes for its own bread production, actively contributing to the rediscovery and protection of this important Italian food and cultural heritage.
